Wellness Wednesday: Exercise

I have been exercising a lot lately as I mentioned in my last post. I would rather workout at home than in a gym A) because I am too lazy to drive 20 minutes or more to get to my nearest gym and B) because I get too distracted people watching to get a good workout in. I know some of you may be in the same boat as I am so I thought I would share a few of my favorite workout routines with you all. One of my all time favorite fitness trainers hails from YouTube. Her name in Cassey and her YouTube channel is called Blogilates. She is one of the most energetic people I have ever come across and I LOVE her workouts. Don’t let her bubbly persona fool you. She is going to work you ridiculously hard! These routines will have you panting, moaning in pain, and even screaming at your computer while trying to figure out how the heck Cassey smiles and talks through each routine without sounding like Darth Vader. Although its hard work, I can attest that these routines work. I have dropped pounds and inches by just walking in my neighborhood and doing some of her routines in the privacy of my bedroom. Here are a few videos that I enjoy.

 

This cardio routine is pretty awesome. I haven’t yet mastered it but I will 🙂

If you have thighs like mine that say “excuse me” or “pardon me” whenever you walk because they keep bumping into each other, well lets just say these 2 videos are just what the doctor ordered!
