Signed, Sealed, Delivered

Hey everybody! It’s your girl Sista’ Shawn here with you on this Soul Stirring Sunday. Since it’s my first day on the job, I would first like to thank Brittany here at Creativity Arise for giving me the opportunity to share my thoughts here. I don’t want to get fired on my first day so I would like to start off by telling you an amazing story.
Signed, sealed, delivered….what do these words mean to you? Some may think of a song from days gone by. But as for me, they are part of the new improved me. Let me explain what it means to be signed, sealed and delivered.

The amazing story that I am about to tell you is based on a true story. Ages ago, the Greatest King that ever lived decided He would like to share His Kingdom with many. So he sent his only son to share the message about his Kingdom and his unfailing love for all. The King wanted everyone to know about this great opportunity to become heirs of the Kingdom so he sent his son to the world to share this information with multitudes of people. Shortly after the Son began teaching, opposition came. His message angered many in certain places but it was well received by the majority. Those who opposed the message decided to kill the messenger of the Great King. Little did the opposition know, the Son knew his fate long before they could even possibly think of killing him. He decided long before he came to the world that he would lay his life down for all people so that they too could become heirs to this awesome Kingdom. Through the son’s redemptive work he would take away the one thing that would keep men from becoming heirs of the kingdom- sin. The work that he performed would go on to be the greatest labor of love ever.
In that work of love, he set many things in order for the people to be signed, sealed and delivered into Great King’s Kingdom. Those who accepted his work were delivered from sin. Those who he saved from sin, he sealed with his own spirit. In the same work he also signed their names to his book of Life. And even though that happened ages ago, you can still as of today become a joint heir in his kingdom.

So here is your opportunity to sign up!
Follow these instructions to be a part of this great venture. I promise it will last forever.

This is what you have to do to be a joint heir.
