Storybook Rings from Traveling!

I absolutely love traveling! One of the most enjoyable parts about traveling for me is purchasing a little souvenir at the end of the trip to commemorate the adventure. On my first trip to sunny California, I decided that I would start collecting a right hand cocktail ring from each journey! I love jewelry but I especially love rings. They can jazz up any outfit and garner a lot of attention. Also I thought it would be really cool to be able to tell a story anytime someone at a social gathering asked me “girl where did you get that ring?” And so my obsession collection began!

Here are a few of my favorite rings!

Here is the first ring from my California adventure. I feel in love with the pearlescent stone. It reminds me of the white sandy beaches on the Pacific coast. Beautiful!

I picked up this ring in the Mandalay Bay casino in Las Vegas. I loved the design. It sparkles like the Vegas skyline at night.

Picked up my first Henri Bendel ring in the city of Atlanta. Loved the different layers and colors on this ring.

I picked up this cage ring on my recent trip to NYC. I loved how edgy it was. Definitely reminiscent of the people in NYC! And I have always wanted to visit Henri Bendel's flagship store so this purchase was a win win!

Unfortunately I discovered my love for cocktail rings after vacations to several other beautiful locations. I am currently on a mission to find rings that represent those cities. Luckily there are a plethora of websites online to help me in my pursuit of the perfect ring. While searching for a ring to represent my trip to Chicago, I stumbled upon the Links of London collection. I have been swooning over one of their beautiful rings called the Hope ring ever since. It reminds me of the “Bean” in Millenium Park! Here is a photo of the ring:

Don’t they look remarkably close to each other? I am hoping one day to add it to my growing collection.

So, what do you collect from your travels? I would love to hear about it!

Until next post,
