Life moment: Traveling

Have you guys heard of Murphy’s law? Well this morning I was certain that Murphy was stalking me! We are traveling today. I would be excited except for the fact that its raining cats and dogs and lightning (which means delays), I have only had 3 hrs of sleep, something I ate at a Christmas party last night has my stomach upset and my freshly flat ironed natural hair got wet…hello bad hair day! To top it off my leg is now hurting because I twisted it by almost falling in the rain trying to pull my luggage up onto the sidewalk. Thank God my husband was there to catch me because it would have been a really nasty fall. Geez! This morning has been a little hectic. But I am still GOING TO HAVE A GREAT DAY! I can’t wait to see all my friends and family, watch my sister in law and husband graduate from university this week, and spend time with my loved ones for the holidays :). Hopefully I will be able to sleep on the plane and be well rested by the time we get to our destination. We will see how that goes :). Hope you all have a great day as well.
