July 7th Sunshine on a Rainy Day

Yesterday was a rather gloomy day in my neck of the woods so I decided to wear something to brighten up my day. I found this little graphic print number tucked away in the back of my closet. I haven’t worn it in years! Oh the joys of closet shopping! As I stepped into it, I instantly remembered why I loved this little dress. I know it is not really “on trend” right now, I decided to wear it anyway. Its originality is what I like to consider “bumblebee chic” LOL! I actually like the fact that if I were to wear this outfit out somewhere I probably would not bump into anyone else wearing it 🙂 It was definitely a mood lifter on a gloomy Saturday. But luckily by the end of the day I was able to take a picture outdoors because the sun finally came out.

Dress and Wedges: Cato

Earrings & Necklace: Charming Charlie

Bracelets: Kate Spade & Burlington Coat Factory

How did you spend your Saturday?

Until next post,

Brittany

Hi Britanny, thanks for sharing this. This outfit definitely is a sunshine on a rainy day! Saturday for my little boy and I was staying at home and doing some cleaning! But it was still fun. Lots of mischief for him and chasing him for me! 🙂

Hope your Sunday is a lot brighter. 🙂

Hi Donah! Sounds like you had quite a busy day 🙂 Sunday here is gloomy as well. It’s supposed to rain all week so it looks like it will be a great time for me to do some DIY projects! Thanks for reading 🙂

For a change, Sunday over here was sunny! But again rain all week. So typical. Make sure to share your DIY projects here and at WFBC! 🙂
